Maker Application: Portland Mini Maker Faire
Please complete the below application with as much information as possible. The application deadline is July 31, but don't wait until the last minute! OMSI has gathered a Maker Selection Committee who will review all applications and decide who the best fit for the event is. Makers will be selected based on how unique and impressive their project is. We are particularly looking for projects that are interactive and highlight the process of making things.

Stage Presentation: A scheduled presentation (20-30 minutes in length) on the Innovation Stage.
Workshop: A scheduled class 60-90 minutes in length.

Are you a Commercial Maker or Crafter?
A “Commercial Maker” is a Maker who wants to sell their product WITHOUT having an educational and/or interactive component. If you would like to sell your own creations at Maker Faire, you are welcome to do so as a “Commercial Maker”. Commercial Makers are responsible for their own business transactions – whether it be via cash, credit card, barter, or some other means. The fee for Commercial Makers is $200, which will be invoiced in advance and payable prior to receiving your Maker credentials. NOTE: FOOD VENDORS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CATEGORY. Participating Makers will receive a souvenir t-shirt for themselves and up to two assistants. Additional t-shirts are available for $7 each.
